If you think the only way to deal with health is with stuff made in a lab, go ahead and fill your body with it. Often the stuff you buy at a pharmacy is just synthetic versions of plant products, but that’s your business. Go take another antibiotic.

Good idea. I think I will go make some right now. I like it hot in the morning, when Bob has his coffee, I drink my ginger tea. I don’t think it had anything to do with losing weight but its so good for you. I add Turmeric and Cinnamon. Thanks for reminding me.

Having a cup now, I didn’t have any ginger so I used several pieces of ginger candy and melted it with hot water, added some cinnamon and Turmeric didn’t use honey because the candy made it sweet. (a little to sweet but it will do until I can get the real thing.) Its so good, wish I could share a cup with you Charlene.

Ginger does not not melt fat and you don’t want to boost your immune system, boosted immune system = autoimmune conditions.

I drink it warm and cold. I love to add some blueberries, maybe some lemon and oj.. Ginger tea is so hydrating, better than any juice on the market and the ginger root comes without packaging!
