    My cardiologist said absolutely NO to ibuprofen. Part was my open heart surgery & that it’s just not a good drug.

    Like so many things you must take a minimum amount to be safe.
    I may take only 2 Advil in a 24 hour period with no side effects.
    I’ve used it a long time, but only when absolutely needed, and not for every little ache or pain. Use the bare minimum.
