The Microwave is an accidental by-product of war, but now it’s one of the most used devices in the kitchen.  Although it’s convenient, it’s really not worth what it’s actually doing.  Once you understand what it’s all doing to your food and health, you’ll probably think twice about using it.  What you teach your kids to do, is what they will do.  Help teach them the right thing to do here!  Learn all about this on the Next Page.

I always cook on the stove at home but its my leftovers for work that I hv to reheat in a microwave unfortunately. Any suggestions? Does length of time in a microwave matter?

These ‘popular’ machines address the water molecules in the food being ‘cooked’. If the water molecules in the food are not distributed evenly, the food will not be properly cooked! Stop being lazy, and spend a few more minutes cooking your food without a Microwave Oven! Just because they continue to be sold, doesn’t mean its good for you. Stay healthy. ‘H’
