    I have found that eating a mango clears the lungs or rather makes breathing a lot easier very quickly. Love Mangos!

    I I used to suffer from severe asthma for 26 years, until I went vegan and did a green juice fast combined with a parasite cleanse, and within 6 weeks the asthma was gone forever. From my experience, sugar was affecting it big time and was forming candida that affected the breathing. My advice for whoever is going on a juice fast- avoid sweet fruits as much as possible until the acidity in the gut balances, and the parasites are under control. Then it’s more safe to slowly introduce sweet fruits back to the diet.

    I healed my self 8 years ago from asthma after 26 years of severe attacks and much suffering, and I used juicing. I would recommend to stay away from all sweet fruits and carrots for the first 6-8 weeks and stick to green juices only + combined with a full body parasite cleanse, and colonics or coffee enemas. A huge factor of asthma are parasites in the body, including the lungs, which feed of sugars and acidic foods like animal products, dairy, wheat, coffee, alcohol etc. For the long run, I highly suggest to stick to plant based diet with daily intake of digestive enzymes and plant based probiotics since it keeps the body alkaline, and less prone to parasites.     This is amazing <3 🙂 I am going to give this a try <3 One more reason to love natural medicine! Ever since I switched to using natural remedies my life has really changed. Its so much better for your health and you can feel it. Instead of all of these toxic drugs that doctors force down our throats. I highly suggest getting into natural home medicine.
