    Ask your Dr to test for it, I had it done and now I have to take magnesium pills to help calm my leg muscles down with exercises as well.

    There are plenty of remedies you can use for magnesium deficiency you just need to find what works best for you 🙂 <3 I will never again go back to conventional medicine. I only use natural home remedies now and I am glad I made the switch. Ever since I started using them life has only gotten better.I would Stay away from toxic medications if I were you.
