If you are having trouble sleeping you can try turmeric milk. It works wonders for me <3 I am so in love with natural remedies. Okay! No drinking or reading or watching TV or any entertainment. So what do we do to unwind before I fall asleep? Stare at the walls the ceiling? I do agree about turning off all internet the rest is unreasonable
