  6. Be a role model and supporter of your loved ones. If you have children, show and teach them the importance of having healthy eating and lifestyle habits.
  7. Drink plenty of water instead of instant juices and sodas.
  8. Make a date with your doctor at least once a year to make sure your body is in good condition.
