    ‘lI drink it. My doctor prescribed a med that is making me sick. No more of that. If my LDL is high I will take nopalina. According to the side affects it can mess up your liver and kidneys. I can unusually tolerate meds but

    This is really a great tea….tastes good too. You can also add the juice from 1/2 lemon to make it even better. If you can get ahold of fresh/raw/organic turmeric and ginger, all the better. Drink it every day! Grate the turmeric and ginger and steep it for 10 minutes or longer and strain.
