    Plaque can easily be removed by the bristles of a toothbrush. It’s the friction of the bristles on the teeth that remove the plaque, not anything you add on the brush.

    Easier than these ways, just pour a capful of hydrogen peroxide over the bristles, then dip them in baking soda and brush your teeth. Rinse well.

    By the time i mixed up all these contraptions, i’d have cavities. No thanks, i’ll brush my teeth and floss and go to the dentist every 6 mths

    I’ve heard that oil pulling helps greatly. Neither of these recipes is practicable or easily available

  6. My dentist said don’t use toothpaste > once daily as it’s abraisive & will wear away your enamel. Use B. soda, Hyd. P. or even pour mouthwash on your t. brush to “taste” the clean. ;).
