    Boil opened egg shells in water for 8-10 minutes. Let air dry. Use a coffee grinder machine to finely grind up shells. Use a shifter to remove bigger chunks. Make a too the paste using the egg shell powder and turmeric powder, baking soda and a touch of mint extract. Mix with coconut oil to make a paste. Brush your teeth with it. Your teeth will become whiter and whiter and the egg shell calcium will fill in pores in your teeth and rebuild tooth enamel. Chemicals also and sugar found in store bought toothpaste actually breaks down the enamel thus causing cavities.

    You crush them up into a fine powder and then put it in your smoothie or milk and drink it
