    If you absolutely have to have your “sweetness factor”, try using Stevia ‘white concentrated powder’ [no after-taste, and it is many, many times sweeter than granulated Sugar…..ie: 1 Teaspoon can equal 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar for sweetness. And also, there are no/no side effects and Stevia is safe for Diabetics as it does not elevate the ‘sugar effect’ in the body. For baking, however, it does not brown and that is why “Splenda”, even with its 8 side effects, is still used for some baking applications. ‘H’
