    When I stopped eating sugar not only did I stop having cravings but food all together no longer sounded good. When someone would ask me if something sounded good I would honestly say no. The only thing that seemed someone good was any kind of salad with no dressing. Even then I really had to be in the mood. Talk about losing weight. When you stop eating everything it kind of drops right off. Water and spinach yum.

    I’m down to 124 pounds because I stopped eating gluten, dairy, sugar, corn and potatoes. Dr said I was allergic to all of it. I love food so I’ve been pretty miserable, but losing weight.
