- Take 4 cups of water and add 1 cup grapevine leaves into it.
- Boil it for 10-15 minutes.
- Let it steep for several minutes so that it becomes lukewarm, and then remove into a bucket.
- Now soak your feet in this solution for 5 minutes.
- Take another bucket filled with cold water and put your feet into it for just 10 seconds.
- Do this 3-4 times repetitively at a stretch, with cold water soaking in the end.
- Then massage your legs with upward movements using castor oil.
- Then place your legs in elevated position for just few minutes.
