93 Percent Of Women With Breast Cancer Had This Dental Procedure Done

Share

Dentists and scientists have been fighting about  a certain dental procedure for years.  The scientist believe this procedure is causing many people a whole lot of health issues, while the dentists say its a completely safe procedure. There is now way too much evidence and studies showing proof that the dental procedure can lead to serious life threatening or chronic health issues including cancer and heart disease to be ignored.  You might have heard of this procedure before, a Root Canal?  If you have a root canal, are thinking of getting one, or know someone with a root canal, you must send them this article.  They need to know what they’re getting themselves into and so do you!

I had more than 6 root canals done and was diagnosed with BC in 2006 – no family history either. Don’t smoke. Exercise. We didn’t know – did we???

LOL. People who wash thier hair get cancer. People who drive cars get cancer. People who use alarm clocks get cancer. People get cancer, they always have and they always will. We just know it’s cancer now instead of back in the day when we had very little diagnostic abilities. It scares me that the general public is so ignorant and lacks common sense on the most fundamental concepts…

I did! I asked the Endodontist about it. She said there was no truth to it and she is unsure why the dental community hasn’t responded back yet. I swear though, if I end up with breast cancer in 5 years I am pulling the tooth! Lol

Well, this is certainly scary. My little boy was knocked in the mouth this year at school, broke his tooth, was in extreme pain so rushed him to the dentist who said the only option was a root canal. I didnt know this was such a risky procedure!

exactly my thought … so IF we need a root canal – what? live with infection the rest of my life so I ‘don’t’ get breast cancer? then what would I die of 1st?? the infection spreading throughout my body, or cancer! these articles-sheesh-how can ‘smart’ people be so ‘dumb’.

Pull the tooth is the safest…& longterm would be an implant…tooth canals are short term & are risky….my dentist gave me a choice, short term was the cheapest vs longterm was more expensive (implant) or just pulling it and having no tooth.

I’m one of those that will never have another root canal done…I have Lupus, my dentist knows this, the orthodontist knows this & it didn’t work…after more than 3 years of telling them the pain in my tooth never went away (root canal kills the tooth…apparently not). I was told that the extreme pain (I wanted to die) was TMJoint issues…not so much, I finally asked them to remove the tooth after 3 months of agony, the infection was so rampant that even after 2 weeks of antibiotics, the Novocain wasn’t working and I might as well have had the tooth pulled without anything for pain…
My advice is anyone with chronic illness…think very carefully before any extremes…root canals are tough on healthy people…

Totally bogus. A Dr. Price in 1922 came up with this theory that root canals cause terminal cancer. His research was discredited. Absolutely no medical evidence of a link.

The root canal leaves the puss and infection in your jaw where it festers and leeches into your blood stream for the rest of your life. These bacteria are being linked to early onset Alzheimer’s, lupus, cancers, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and a host of other things. It’s not quackery. The magical world of science isn’t at the peak of knowledge. Doctors are learning things every day and dentistry as a practice is only 100 years old. People with cancer in addition to eating carrots also breathe air! Coincidence?

Erica Fraser the root canal procedure takes care of the infection and/or abscess. The infected nerves are displaced and seal the roots.

BS I was a dental asst for 35 yrs. no relationship. I have not had a root canal, but I would if needed. This is a lead in as far as I am concerned, to spend money on alternatives, like implants. I also have had breast cancer. estrogen/hormones are the real causes that we know of.

I’m sure there are. I’m so over this link. Unless you’ve had breast cancer u have no idea what it feels like to be handed that diagnosis . I think it’s great that everything is being looked at to help find a cure. Maybe it will be something super simple. I guess that is called being hopeful.

Marilyn Fraizer I’m not a scientist so I really don’t know what is being researched but if they are looking into a connection as silly as it probably is between a root canal and bc then maybe just maybe one day we will be lucky enough to have a cure. I was 37 when I was diagnosed. We all fought the same battle let’s be kind.

Good reason to try oil pulling. A friend and I looked online and studies say to swish oil for 20 minutes in your mouth to pull out the toxins in your body but not to go over twenty minutes otherwise the body might reabsorb those toxins. Evidently it whitens your teeth and allegedly repairs enamel.
