    So…what about all the animals that are carnivores? Should they get a lecture that they shouldn’t be eating other animals. That there are plenty of berries and leafy greens in the wilderness that they should be eating instead. Our ancestors brains developed to what they are today due to the protein found in meat. I happen to eat meat. Not a lot and not all the time, but I do and I’m not going to apologize for that. And I support vegans 100 percent of that’s their choice. But I do not believe in trying to make someone do what you want them to just because that’s the way you love your life. And personally I prefer little to no dairy because it’s difficult for the human body to properly digest it…hence why so many people have allergies. Almond and coconut milk is a fantastic alternative!

    Other animals actions do not justify your own. Humanity is in its own species, and on another level. It would be degrading to our species to be okay with something just because other animals do; however no other animal keeps animals captive, forcefully impregnates them, tortures them, and forces them into a unstoppable cycle of being born into hell manifested in factory farms. And our ancestors brains developed from STARCH consumption, not from animal protein. Watch the Starch Solution speech from Dr.McDouglall. Learn the truth. I am speaking out to make ppl aware of veganism and how sickening the meat/dairy industry is because its HURTING the planet, other human beings and animals! Its NOT JUST ABOUT ME!!!!! WAKE UP!!!! Its about saving this entire planet. And WHY oh WHY do you think the body has such a hard time digesting animals milk? Because its not meant for us!!!! ISENT IT OBVIOUS??? Cow milk contains hormones that are completely foreign to out bodies and therefor creates a ton of problems like excess mucus production and casein being the #1 CAUSE of cancer!!! YOu are still sleepwalking through the Meatrix….wakey wakey its time to wake up 🙂

    I’m plenty awake thank you very much. But thanks for preaching! I am well aware of what milk does to the body…HENCE WHY I SAID I DON’T CONSUME IT. Long long ago, the first people in the planet learned how to hunt when they learned how to make weapons. If they had not learned how to hunt, they would have died off and you and I would probably not exist today. I never said, not once, that I agree with how animals are treated in order for humans to consume them. I think its terrible how they are treated. And you are ASSUMING that you know where I get my meat from. Which is not the grocery store. Frankly I don’t care what you think, as I will continue to consume what I see fit for MY body. And you can do the same for your body. See how that works? And by the by..the planet doesn’t need “saving”, the people on the planet do. Thanks for the little lecture tho. I’m sure you’re happy you got that off your chest and feel you’ve done some sort of service for the world. Gotta go…going to have some delicious salmon for lunch. Love me some omega 3’s!

    This is NOT a healthy recipe . The “antibiotic” properties are solely in the opinion , garlic and herbs . Everything else is just “fluff.” Just call it what it is – chicken soup ! But don’t say it’s “stronger than antibiotic.” That’s false advertisement and if you are a legitimate “natural health site.” You would know that there are several issues with this recipe !!!

    The garlic makes sense, the rest is so ordinary. You need real bone broth, turmeric, pepper, ginger, NO bread, just at a glance!! Wow! This site needs so much information update!!

    Leave out the bread. I was shocked by that
    That goes against anything healthy. The chicken soup also should be changed to homemade bone broth. Any store bought chicken soup will not have any health benefit. The ingredients are horrible, even the organic ones. So the idea of the soup can be used, but like most recipes needs to he tweeked.

    There’s no chicken in this recipe! If you can read, it says clear chicken soup as a base! You can add sour cream if you want to make it creamy. There’s no puss and blood either!! No raw dead chickens!! It’s basically, herbs and spices and broth. You wouldn’t need turmeric in a chicken broth based soup! Garlic is best for healing properties. Everybody can put in or take out according to one’s likeness. The bread is added to absorb all the good ingredients. People eat French onion soup with croutons in it. Same thing. It holds flavor in. It’s meant to break up mucous and congestion. Better than taking unnecessary meds. Can’t people just like if they want? Or at least, not be so condescending in your choice of words! It clearly is not a vegan recipe! Maybe Breanna, this is not quite your kind of page, to leave comments, based on your dislike of Non vegan foods and not knowing how to read a recipe fully!

    Maureen, I actually do. And what I was trying to get across is that we all have the freedom to decide what we put into our bodies. And no one has a right to tell someone else what to do. We all have choices. And we shouldn’t judge others by the choices we decide for ourselves.

    Pam Wilkes Others include animals! What you really meant was “we all have the freedom to decide WHO we put into our bodies”…which is bullshit because you cant go around just killing animals because you THINK you need it or you love the taste. Thats murderous and inhumane. Grow up and LOOK deeper on your plate…WHO’S life did you take away?

    I have more thing to say and then I’m exiting this conversation;
    Vegans should not shame. Vegans destroy as many micro organisms as other humans. There is no need to engage in what amounts to uneducated hypocrisy. No need to priss about passing judgement on others.

    Pam Wilkes Micro Organisms? Really? LOL thats a good laugh right there. You wanna compare killing animals to killing micro organisms?! You zombie meatheads will say the dumbest$#%&!@*to try and justify killing animals for no other reason then taste and you think you need the protein. And if YOU had to kill the animal, you probly couldnt do it. Youd feel bad and sad for the animal, screaming and quivering in pain. Hence, You are NOT a carnivore. I JUDGE YOU for supporting one of the most Evil industries on this planet. It is NOT your personal choice to eat meat/dairy…the ANIMAL did not want to die. Going Vegan is the LEAST you can do to alleviate the suffering. Evolve Already.

    Carolyn Cooper You think Im acting like God because Im speaking out for those who are being ruthlessly murdered so humans can dine on their flesh and secretions just for taste and tradition? If you dont think this world would be a better place without all the needless killing and unhealthiness of animal ‘foods’ then I ask you….When did your HEART Die and leave your ego in charge?

    But life is life, right Breanna??? Who are you to judge what life is more important? A pig, a cow, or a micro organism? Do you not realize that EVERYTHING has life in it. All those veggies and fruit and legumes you consume are completely full of life. And then you murdered them. All for your selfish need to survive. I didn’t get the memo about you being in charge..sorry I’m so late to the Breanna vegan party. And so sorry to burst your bubble lady, but you dont get to be in charge of anyone but yourself…no matter how hard you try. If our ancestors didn’t “evolve” so long ago..your little vegan$#%&!@*wouldn’t be here. You can try to rationalize everything you say, but it’s not going to change the way I LIVE MY LIFE. So…get off your high horse and mind your own business. There’s nothing more pathetic than someone that’s in everyone else’s business. It is my personal choice to consume what I want. Period. And as a matter of fact I have hunted and fished and ate what I caught/killed…so yep I am a carnivore. You will never win this argument with me regarding becoming a vegan.

    p.s. If our ancestors didn’t kill large animals not only for their meat, but also for their pelts to keep warm during the ice age, all would have frozen to death and humans would have become extinct. You would not exist today!!!! Do you know nothing about the history of this world?!

    Breanna McKay , you obviously don’t know anything about healing autoimmune disease. A high carb low fat diet is the absolute worst thing I could do. Also the right kinds of saturated fat and protein (organic, grass fed) do NOT cause breast cancer. Most cancers are caused by a combination of environmental toxins, GMOs, toxins in personal care products and radiation from monograms to list a few. By the way, ‘Tofurkey’ and the like are processed junk, not real food and soy is terrible for the thyroid. The only thing you recommend that is good is is coconut milk which I use every day. Please stop giving out advice on healing autoimmune disease.

    Fruit, Veggies and Legumes can be murdered hey? Wow. You are off your rocker! Again, saying the dumbest$#%&!@*I know deep down you dont really believe that. Fine, live your life BUT let others live too! Stop acting like such a self-righteous monster! And FYI, our ancestors evolved on STARCH foods like beans, rice, barley, millet, potatoes etc… You need to learn the REAL truth about human history, not the bullshit they teach in school. Killing animals for food and warmth is only necessary in survival situations. Those in cold climates needed to do this in the past and thats understandable. Its NOT needed by ppl like you and me NOW! It would not help either of us in any way, shape or form. Evolve to the current times! Youre NOT a friggin cave woman. EVOLVE to the plant based power! Animal products cause disease and lower quality of life! Those like the Eskimos die young and of Atherosclerosis due to all the animal fat and protein. HENCE it is not ideal/healthy. If you have access to plant foods then you have a responsibility to eat that instaed.
