Why is it that Centrum Kids Complete Multivitamins with Iron sold in Canada does not contain Aspartame, but the ones sold in the US does? I’m guessing it has to do with government regulations. One of my girls was diagnosed with anemia, and I could not find a single children’s multivitamins WITH Iron that does not contain aspartame.

You don’t need to give your child any vits. with iron, give her liver, then it does not have to be often.Remember iron causes constipation for some.Just wait and keep doing web searches.Good luck.

If the FDA approves this I’m not sure why we have the FDA in the first place. Some of the pharmaceuticals they approve and food additives they approve should get the administration shut down and replaced with something that actually makes sure that what we consume is safe! We The People shouldn’t have to do so much research just to go grocery shopping. We have the FDA to do the research for us but they failed miserably and let us all down.
