When my daughter was younger, she had low iron. The nurse told me to have her drink Orange Juice, with her iron fortified cereals and red meat. I can’t recall why, but they work together to absorb iron better. ( just watch your cereal for TSP 😛 )

If an artificial sweetener is in something to drink, I can always tell it by the taste. When used in food it’s a little harder to detect. I’m as concerned about GMO and hating it. When eating out you can bet corn chips are GMO. And who knows what else!!! The

Try pricing stevia leaf powder. I buy it for my diabetic dad from an organic herb company where I work. But I don’t recall how much it cost me. Has only powdered stevia leaves and nothing else. Good luck.
