Use it for Acid Reflux!!! Nothing worked, Nexium, Tums, Vinegar and then tried Baking Soda!!! I FEEL Great now!! Funny thing is my Grandmother used Baking Soda for Heartburn!!! Love this Stuff!!!

About 1 teaspoon baking soda with 6 ounces of water. A little less baking soda if needed to adjust. I hopes this helps, for me it works.
