The lack of comments is consistent with the willful ignorance of the trash that populates this country. Note that often the human garbage, whether it be white trash or another kind of trash, frequently takes itself out whether the dopes over-dose on dope slowly (including their addiction to poisons masquereding as food) or more quickly maiming or killing themselves via kinetic thrill-seeking, generally involving dangerous vehicles, such as motorcycles, or amu$#%&!@*t park rides.

  10. So I did my own research. And this article is lacking all the info and is misleading. It’s not just Pringles that has this compound when cooked. It seems like potato chip companies are going after Pringles again like they did when they first came out. There is no evidence that this compound that is produced cooking any starch vegetables above 120° causes cancer in humans. We have been eating these foods cooked for hundreds of thousands of years. So I change my stance. I will continue to eat these foods. Being my heritage includes the eating of large amounts of potatoes and other starchy vegetables and we have a very low incidence of cancer, 1 family member, that is my field study. But if you choose to stop eating Pringles, make sure you avoid all vegetables that produce the compound when cooked.

I used to buy them years ago but now I am older and wiser and cannot understand how they are still allowed to be sold.

People still consume aspartame products and don’t seem to care. Most don’t realize the accumulation of carcinogenic components add up over time.

I stoped eating them ,mostly because they are cooked in cancer causing oils and from gmo white potatoes. Besides potatoes are starch and raise insulin levels when consumed as does corn another highly sprayed with pesticide crop

Good for you, Sarah. I appreciate your research, and the fact that you shared it with us. If we took notice of every bit of information like this, we would all starve. In my opinion, everything in moderation! It’s not a good idea to eat any type of food in excessive amounts. A diet of carrots can do you a lot of harm!!!!!!!
