    Wow!! This probably is a powerhouse superfood drink.. I’ve read before that for turmeric to be absorbed is by taking it with healthy fats (which is what I do) and or pepper.
    That’s probably why pepper is one of the ingredients.
    1/4 cup of turmeric though, is a lot, I would have to start buying it in bulk.

    I have been telling people for years that turmeric is a godsend <3 🙂 Once again this is just another reason why I love natural home remedies so much <3 Instead of spending tons of my hard earned money on toxic medications and doctor bills I would much rather use more alternative medicine.I would highly suggest that everybody start using natural remedies, you will never go back.     I’m going to try this, though probably skip the almond milk…maybe.

    My current concoction is AC vinegar, turmeric, cayenne, honey and water. It tastes surprisingly good, which I did NOT expect!
