    I drink it straight. Mix amounts of each and top off with filtered water. I like it cold so have to like mad to mix in the honey.

  31. I drink my golden milk before bed time. I use almond milk, a pinch of black pepper, ginger, 3/4 of a teasp. of turmeric powder, a teasp. of coconut oil organic and honey. First i let boil the milk blk pepper and ginger for 3 min. then take it out of the heat and then, I add the rest. I sleep like a baby and my nuckles does not hurt anymore!

    Ava Gail Lawson …yes, you are right because when milk is boiled it creates an unpleasant layer of “skin” on top of it…so just heat the milk… Then add the rest of the stuff…

    It’s funny how they say it helps with inflammation; however there is an ingredient in the coconut milk (that’s store bought, not home made) that causes inflammation??? This is a great drink though..
