There is an article that he is right to some degree but he did not state as well the health benefits that goes with eating garlic. I say everything we eat have to be in moderation. To much of anything isn’t good for you just like drinking caffine . One study stated that the ECG testing, the participants may have already had other stimulants like caffine, meds or tobacco in their system that can cause change. He failed to mention that. Garlic fights infections, fungus, it is an antibactiral fighter. If you are on blood thinners, birth control, and other certain meds. It can reduce the affects of certains medications. I grew up on garlic, I eat garlic every single day and I’m fine but go over board and you may wonder why no one is showing you love lol lol

My Mom used to have a jar of garlic, onions, vinegar and honey. We were afraid to get a cold! It was so powerful, it knocked the cold out.

Doesn’t sound so bad! I like vinegar and use it on my vegetables. I prefer balsamic though. I use lots of garlic in food.

Laura Holmes Hogan, I had to lay off the raisins the past few days. I haven’t been feeling very well. You know how I’m hooked on that darn licorice herbal tea? Well, I developed a lot of issues and bad pains in my back. Wasn’t sure what it was. Figured out that it was my kidneys. Looked it up and licorice root is bad for them, and so are too many raisins. So I’ve been off of both for the past few days. Pain in back is lessening but I still feel lousy. I’ve been taking a couple of spoons of honey through the day and still using my coconut oil.
