Glad you stopped using lemon juice. It would have dried and bleached your hair out .

    Hi
There was a couple things that made my hair much healthier. First, I use the tap water…which is really better in terms of avoiding plastic. I made sure it was luke warm, added 4 tablespoons. After applying shampoo, I started to drip the mixture on the side of scalp most dry. I also tried an aloe based shampoo that includes Rosemary extract. I am a big fan of certain ingredients. After noticing that this topic is perking folks interest I looked around at some ApplePectin shampoos you can find, but they are not approved to be used in Canada….so there ya go.
Another mineral I think helps scalp health is an absorbable one that has Vit D3, not D1 or D2.

Rosemary Gladstar also has published recipes for this pickled garlic. It’s a little different from fire cider. 🙂

Don’t heat the ACV too much, as you don’t want to “kill” the mother and good stuff in it. Add a few drops of stevia and it will go down ok. Even my hubby started drinking it and he hated ACV.
