It says blend all ingredients. The garlic shown in the jar is not blended. It looks like whole garlic cloves.

Oregano oil will ease your mouth pain. Rinsing with coconut oil will help as well, cloves help to.

I have been rinsing my hair with a 50/50 cider vinegar/water mixture 2-3 times per week for almost 20 years. It gets the buildup out and makes the cuticle lie down. My baby fine hair has been shiny, silky and healthy ever since I started doing this. Pretty simple, cheap and effective. (No, you don’t need to use expensive Bragg ACV on your hair! The “mother” would just be wasted in this particular application.)

Regarding hair rinse; does it promote hair growth too? Or just product build up?

I’m getting into the black garlic. Double the antioxidants in garlic with fermentation. And the flavor is good. Creamy and spreadable.

You take it by the spoonful. Some people do it everyday as a preventative, others use it when they feel something coming on, usually taking several spoonfuls a day.
