I read the article…didn’t see how you make pineapple water…. The picture looks like you just soak the pineapple in water…then drink the water part? …eat the pineapple…? Info, please. 🙂

Yeah seems to me eating the pineapple would do the same trick. ???? What does soaking it in water do differently vs. eating it?

That’s what I’d like to know. I hate when I see a seemingly good idea and there’s no instructions. 🙁

Slice 1 pineapple, and place in a large drink dispenser with a serving spout at the bottom or a plain gallon. Add the ice and water to the top. Chill and drink many glasses a day.

  18. Probably helps keep your skin from breaking down. You know how your mouth gets when you eat too much pineapple–that burn, redness, and skin breakdown from the acidity? The dilution probably alleviates that.

It says cut up and clean an organic pinapple. Soak it in a gallon of filtered water or alkaline water for 12 hours. Enjoy it over ice. It also mentioned using the skins too if it’s cleaned well.
