I would rather eat the pineapple especially the core where much of the bromelain is stored.

Too much sugar! May cause Candida overgrowth. Beware! I tried this many years ago and it created a rash on my hands and sores in my mouth. Unfortunately, I love pineapple like most people do. With the pesticides also being a factor. I quit eating pineapple years ago!!!!!

So do you eat the pineapple while drinking the water? Or only pour off the water and leave the pineapple? Then can you pour another gallon of water over the pineapple and use repeatedly? If so, for how long? Or should you blend water & pineapple in blender then drink?

You can’t eat to much pineapple at a time, it has an enzyme that will begin to break down the lining of your mouth. Moderation always
