What type/brand of jello do you use. I am thinking it’s not the regular jello you buy in the grocery store?

It depends what substance you need to convert. For example, 150 g of flour is 1 cup (16 TBsp), but 1 cup of icing sugar is only 115g…

So if I am reading this right…you mix this 15 times over the month, so about every other day? And then wait 6 months and do it again. Is that right?
