This tea-making process is really simple. After adding the turmeric and ginger in boiling water, lower the heat and then let it simmer for 7-10 min.
Add the milk and strain the tea into a cup. Improve your tea flavor by adding some organic honey. Enjoy the healthiest drink there is!

This is really a great tea….tastes good too. You can also add the juice from 1/2 lemon to make it even better. If you can get ahold of fresh/raw/organic turmeric and ginger, all the better. Drink it every day! Grate the turmeric and ginger and steep it for 10 minutes or longer and strain.
