Ginger Ale Recipe
2 Cups peeled, chopped ginger
4 Cups Purified water
Raw Honey to Taste
Sparkling water
2 Limes, Juiced
Lime wedge to garnish
Method:
Bring 4 Cups of water to a boil, add ginger. Reduce the heat to medium-low and allow the ginger to sit in the simmering water for 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and strain it out using a kitchen strainer. To serve, combine 1 parts ginger to 3 parts sparkling water and serve over ice. Sweeten to your taste using raw honey and lime juice. Garnish and enjoy!
