    A lot of sources advise against ingesting essential oils, although some companies say it is safe. After much research, I have opted not to ingest, especially citrus oils.

    Not all are. My Dr told me Not to, but sound to good to be true, so I did. Should have listen to him. Google it, you will see all the bad$#%&!@*about this its a scam!

    I had an Over abundance of lemons. I grated the rinds & froze for my baking. I squeezed the juice & froze it in ice cube trays & bagged them.
