I’m not sure it is possible the have worms in soft tissue areas like this – going with the it’s a hoax theory.

Let’s look at a few things. The “worms” surprisingly equally spaced, and they are pretty much all pointing one direction as well. Explain why. Plus I have my doubts about worms showing on xrays. This sorry is hard to believe.
