New Research Shows A New Side Effect Of Tylenol

Read on the side effects of Tylenol. Check out the article we found over at Organic Health.

Are you aware of the side effects of Tylenol? Did you know that it has recently been released that it has a newly recognized side effect?

A group of researchers from Ohio State University have discovered that Tylenol the most commonly used pain reliever, Acetaminophen (Tylenol) has a side effect that was previously unknown. It kills off positive emotions. In this study people who took acetaminophen reported that they felt fewer strong emotions when they were shown very pleasant or disturbing photos compared to the people who took harmless pills (placebos.) This medicine has been used for over seventy years in the United States and this is the first time that this side effect has been documented. This headache reliever might be better described as an emotion reliever. It definitely has more broad consequences than originally thought.

This research also mentioned that this acetaminophen can cause blunt intensity with individuals experiencing negative events that come from physical, social, or cognitive sources. The use of pain killers like aspirin and ibuprofen has been associated with heart failure risks. Painkillers, in general, have been a contributing factor in the deaths of thousands of people every single year. Long-term use of these drugs has caused many heart attacks along with cardiac deaths that occurred between 1999-2003. We should be aware of the terrible side effects we can have just from popping a few Tylenol’s when we get a headache. These side effects can be both short and long term.

It took the FDA thirty-two years to add a warning label to these products about them causing severe liver damage so it is rather doubtful that we will see any new side effects on the labels anytime soon. Be sure to keep yourself educated on things like this, Just because it isn’t listed doesn’t mean it can’t happen.

Look this is not surprising. And I’m pretty sure this is a known side affect. Don’t abuse it, don’t eat it like candy, and take it only when you need to. Anything else and you’re asking for problems.

They are just having to admit how many people accidentally overdose themselves with over the counter Meds. Have a cold? Every cough medicine has 3 or 4 ingredients.

Stay away from tylenol and other over the counter medications. I suggest using turmeric instead. it works well for me <3 🙂 One more reason to love natural medicine! Ever since I switched to using natural remedies my life has really changed. Its so much better for your health and you can feel it. Instead of all of these toxic drugs that doctors force down our throats. I highly suggest getting into natural home medicine. If you want to learn a little bit more about it I suggest reading this story.

My husband was a paramedic, and years ago he said not to use Tylenol because it had adverse affects on liver and kidneys…how come he knew that and the public wasn’t informed. We always told everyone
