Im not sure how it all came that ppl are changing their blood ph. (To an extent you can safely change it, very little with the blood oh level.).
The body is full of fluids, lymph, saliva, etc. most ppl check saliva ph, not blood, to determine the body’s ph level.

you can ad honey,,, I just use a small amount of water and down it,, then I drink a full glass of clean water to rinse my mouth and throat,,, dont want the vinegar to sit on your teeth,, and dont brush for about 30 min after that because anything acidic will soften the enamel on your teeth,,, ie; lemons and such,,,, it’s not so bad tasting to me,, I’ve gotten used to it I suppose

Karen Cimoli, I have stopped all sugar and replaced it with raw honey. I have changed my diet 180°. Lots of raw veggies and some of the less sugary fruit, flax seed, hemp seed, CBD oil (vaporized) and much more. I also keep my Ph above 8.0 by using baking soda and water. I do use very little honey and organic blue agave. I have just been doing this for a little over a month now. I have stopped all Big Pharma’s meds.I use only filtered water and not RO water. I never use bottled water which is RO water.

Sounds like you are paying good attention to diet. Try to read all the literature that you can on diet and cancer. There is a lot of good information to be had. Do not rely on unscientific sources. Have you read anything about Dr. Otto Warburg and his cancer research. It is very old, but very interesting.
