I was a middle age normal woman. 5’2. 135 pounds. I went to my doctor for a check up.
She said, you have high cholesterol and you need to take some medication to prevent heart problems. She prescribe Simvastatin. My bodies reaction was pretty dire. I was very close to die, almost did. Than she prescribed Gemifinrosil which is a huge red no no. My weight by that time was 187-190 pounds. I lost count how many times the emergency came to save my life.
I stopped taking the statin, but the damage was done. I have typeII diabetes. Sometimes can’t get out of the bed. My whole body the muscles and my bones are hurting so much, it makes me cry.
