I had a doctor that told me humans were not designed to properly digest cow’s milk in the first place and the only milk good for a human is human milk. I take Cal Mag supplements and eat lots of leafy greens. I hate milk.

As I figured, it’s the pasteurized dairy that is the problem.

Dairy is cow secretions. It causes inflammation, colds, and mucus because is is cow pus. We are the only species that consumes another species milk. Let that soak in.

Calling bs on this. My whole family drinks whole milk. I have been in two major head on collisions and the docs could not believe my legs did not break. My mom has never broken a bone and neither has my dad. No osteoporosis in our family either.

you are wrong on a few things. #1…milk does not cause colds, only a cold virus causes colds it can cause more mucuc if you have an allergy to dairy. .. #2 it is not pus , pus is caused from infection , milk is not an infection. milk comes from a pregnant cow. if the cow is a milk cow just before giving birth they will excrete the collustrom from the cow and give it to the calf to aid in the calfs health , then bottle feed the calf……. let that soak in…

I agree! Have you ever seen an ADULT cow drink goat milk or any milk as an intentional act! Still waiting on that answer.

I’m living proof milk is harmful to bones.I saw a diagram how too much makes the bones look like swiss cheese. Magnesium is what makes bones strong, not another species breast milk full of puss.

thats fine , my 2 nieces had allergies to milk . just educated your self and learn that milk does not cause colds , your family was probably having an allergic reaction to milk. and it (milk) was causing phlegm or mucus not pus .

Sorry but this is one of those too good to be true stuff.. I chose to NOT believe this article. Me and my family have drank milk our whole lives with zero problems. Of course I’m sure, there’s people who do get problems drinking milk but that’s individuality. Everyone’s different, but I know myself and plenty people who have no problems with milk

Especially if the cow is fed good corn which is not their natural food source and non organic meaning peticiides, homones and antibiotics .Used to be OK for a body as a substitute I guess.

You people need to learn critical thinking and discerning the difference between reliable sources and pseudoscientific hogwash. Here’s a hint: sites with names like “extremenaturalhealthnews” probably aren’t very reputable.

Raw milk is FAR better for you due to the good bacteria in it. 🙂

Raw milk is MUCH better for you. Pasteurization destroys all the good bacteria. People who are lactose intolerant can usually drink raw milk without any problems because the good bacteria helps break down the lactose. Human milk has lactose in it too but the good bacteria helps us digest it.There are other milks that are easier to digest than goats milk though, like goats milk and camels milk.

If I no longer need my own mother’s milk, why do I need milk from another species? Humans don’t need any kind of milk after they are weaned.

If milk is so good for you why do all species of animals wean their young and never give them milk again? My cats refused to drink any kind of milk when they matured. My dogs also refused any food from the table that contained any milk–and we all know that dogs will eat any kind of people food.

Yes cows and goats drink their own milk all the time. I’ve worked on dairies where we would offer a bowl of their milk back to them and they love it. Dogs etc drink milk, also, in the wild. These people are out of it minds Ashley! Lmao!!!
