This beverage is well marketed to create healthy bones, but studies prove a much different outcome. This Beverage Destroys Your Bones From Inside and Yet Everyone Still Drinks It! It’s aggressively pushed on our children to drink this on a daily basis, as it’s supposed to create strong, healthy bones, but that’s far from what many studies show. It’s important you read this and share all the information here and on the Next Page. Let’s let the truth be told and shared.

Don’t need the study. Learned the hard way this substance is not milk. Eggshells are proving to be the better source of calcium I’ve come across that effectively strengthens bones back into sturdy things.

This is the worst nutritional information I’ve ever read! Please do your research before posting this nonsense. Raw milk is one of the best and healthiest liquid next to water you can drink. This angers me when people call themselves health coach or nutritionist and don’t have the facts!

I think this article is bunk first of all. Second, puss can be in the milk from mastitis because of the hormones given to priduce more milk so yes, you can get puss in the milk but thats why they cook the store bought crap and then add synthetic nutrients and sugar back into it.
Cows raised humanely and pasture fed, are not pumped full of hormones, antibiotics and are not stressed, depressed and scared will produce amazing milk full of nutrients, good fats that our bodies do assimilate and use easily. Im so done with these bunk articles being shared and people eating it up, believing it instead of really educating themselves on it all. The same thing applies to meat and animal fats.

Pasteurized milk is little more than white water with vitamins added back after they denature and destroy all that is good in it…raw milk from cow or goat is a much healthier choice…

Nothing surprises me especially this! It’s probably the main reason why so many people have arthritis and osteoporosis! But I don’t blame the cows! It’s not like they marketed & sold it for human consumption!

Who knows this might be well and true but I love milk and there are some dangers to drinking raw milk like listeria if I spelled it right just make sure you eat alot of Kale spinach chard . I’m not giving up my milk I love milk with cookies and in my cerial I’m 50 my Bones are strong. I think like anything else most things we get are genetic in nature anyway we won’t be able to prevent it.
