    we need this mineral for digestion and gut health, our tears are salty our sweat is salty, our urine is salty so is our blood, you have to have minerals for electrolytes… the more you sweat the more you loose…

    All we use is pink Himalayan salt and black salt. Gives good support to other spices without being too salty.

    My osteopathic doctor recommended the Celtic salt for my thyroid issue. He doesn’t recommend Himalayan salt citing that it’s not good for my adrenals. He told me to order it online as most stores don’t carry Celtic.
