We have a store here in Lawrenceburg, TN called Salt Glow. I get my salt, salt lamps, etc. He probably ships. I do the Sole’ every morning. I threw out Morton’s a long time ago. Hope this helps.

Make sure you get the real deal, not something from Walmart, etc. It is a tad more expensive, but worth it. Processed salt is really bad for you.

Says who? Too much iron can make you very ill. And unless you eat a lot of sea food you will need the iodine found in salt! The health claims for this isn’t substantiated by any scientific studies! In most cases reduce your salt intake for better health!

Elizabeth, salt is salt! You need to reduce any and all salt! No matter what it’s color!

Laurie, salt isn’t bleached chemically to make it white! It’s refined to remove the impurities!

Actual raw sea salt is a million times better than this salt which had been leached of its minerals and trace minerals from 30,000 years of sitting unlike salt teaming with minerals fresh from the sea.

Very true Himalayan salt is just pure hype. Sitting for 30, 0000 years… It is depleted of all minerals.

Elizabeth Blair if you eliminate salt from your diet you are eliminating a very important mineral that your body needs! I ended up with high blood pressure back in February but to this day have not taken one blood pressure pill or eliminated salt from my diet! What’s the first thing a good farmer puts out in the field for his cow?? A salt block! And there isn’t anyone out there telling her she is limited to one luck a day! I only use pink hymilian
