It isn’t as pure, sadly, because of Fukushima. Watch Dr. Leonard Coldwell speaking about it.

Never heard that before, Kim, but I will definitely research it. I surely don’t need a nap after drinking it like I do when I drink coffee/tea.

Too much salt hardens the arteries. Everything in moderation. Can lead to High blood pressure and stroke if you eat too much salt of any kind.

You can get iodine from cleaner oceans by using all different types is seaweed. Plenty of dried seaweed. White ionized table salt dries your insides out, causes high blood pressure and is actually poisonous. Do some research instead of continually showing people how uneducated on this subject that you are. Unless your a troll trying to confuse or scare people who are actually trying to learn on here.

Sorry Brenda, no education value to the original post! Except for trace impurities there is no difference in salt (it’s all basically Sodium Chloride). And any detriment to human health is the same! And current medical thinking asks for a reduction in its useage! And it’s not poisonous! Too much is just bad for your health but some is part of your bodies makeup and it is required for life!
