    For those that are worried about it not having iodine, you can buy iodine in liquid form. I put a few drops in my water with apple cider vinegar every morning.

    What kind of salt raises your blood pressure? Just curious. Table salt, and sea salts generally sold at your grocery store cause many different health issues.
