    Or switch to organic bread so you’re not eating wheat sprayed with Round-Up. No conventional food is safe to eat anymore.

    That’s true but that’s not what this article means. He didn’t eat bread laden with chemicals and GMOs and that was made in a lab first. He ate what was made from the land originally!! No Frakenfoods!!

    As a rule I don’t eat bread .But the past two wks ,I have been doing so .That will come to a end !!

    When I learned how damaging too much white bread is I stopped eating it! Most people eat way too many bad carbohydrates daily. Cereal, sandwich/ burger, pizza, pasta,… Eating lots of vegetables, salads,some lean meats, cheese, fruit. Result: lost some weight, more energy. YAY!
