You could try it for a few days and see. Sometimes our bodies are so out of whack it takes a little longer than one or two tries

Mrs. Dona, Here’s a list of Farmers Feed Co-ops n Supplies they surely have one that can get you in touch with a
    “Grower, Bee Hive Raw Honey”
You would like to get it from a farmer that’s closest to you within no more than 20 miles if you can!
That way the Honey is coming from area you live in and the little workers are using pollen n such of your everyday environment!
    Its much healthier for you!!

****I just put in local honey and you have a big grower right in your town..!!

    http://www.floridabeepollenandhoney.com

So your feed stores have farmers markets and a local grower!!

    Wow enjoy its a treat…!
Nothing like you purchase from a grocery shopping or Walmart that stuff is sugar n syrup garbage!!!

Get the Market in the morning!
    Tea Time 🙂

  25. I am a paramedic and I work nights so my sleeping habits were bad and I have been chronically been sleep deprived for a long time and it was affecting my weight, energy, and just my overall health . My trainer and I have been working for the past year trying to get me to sleep more and I have had limited success and my weight loss has stalled . So this past week I saw this article and decided to try it and all I can tell you is I sleep more soundly, longer than my usual 4 hours, and I’m not tossing and turning as much either. My weight is starting to trend downwards again and my energy levels are starting to improce. Maybe it’s psychological but you know what? I don’t care!
