    Yes we do need alkaline foods. If the body is in perfect balance we don’t but who’s body is in perfect balance. Too much acid causes big problems…….

  22. Too much base or acid can undermine balance. And how do you know how to balance it. The pH of food changes as it enters the mouth. That is science. That is fact.

    I suppose that by beetroot, they mean beets? They suggest steaming as pickled is not as nutritious. I like them roasted. I hope that is as healthy.

    It’s like night and day.. Without it I feel like death in a few short months. Frozen like the tin man. Fast heart rate.. Ect.. With green drinks and large amounts of lemon water..I feel like a normal person. There is no way this is not life saving.. I’m 47.. It’s 2 separate quality’s of life..

    I eat most of those already, I switched to almond milk & coconut milk over a year ago. It also last a lot longer than reg milk and tastes better. I eat almonds almost daily. I’m waiting to hear about my genetic testing, they’re now testing the tumor they took out last year.

    That’s good ! Hopefully u find something out soon ! I’ve drank almond milk in my protein shakes for many of years and been adding the chia seeds for a while as well / they keep u full / work like a sponge and soak stuff up and we eat most of what’s on this list already .

    I would never drink baking soda! It’s strong cleaning agent what would it do to my stomach and added with vinegar that would double the power! My grandmom would call me crasy! I pass.
