    There is so much research on Alkalizing. It makes perfect sense that our poor stressed out bodies (and minds) breed acid environments. And cancer and other deadly disease. Read Dr. Robert Young on Alkalizing. It can be as easy as adding this healthy foods and Baking Soda. I’m alkalizing, along side Chemo right now. I’m certain it is helping me avoid a lot of chemo side effects.

Patty…I’m not here to debate veganism…but yeah…do research…you don’t need polluted fish and you don’t need poultry or any meat…but that has nothing to do with alkaline foods so don’t debate it here. Alkaline food is good for you because it is made up of vitamin dense fruits/veggies…junk food which is acidic is bad…I’ll say it again…if you put$#%&!@*into your body, you will get$#%&!@*out(cancer, disease, inflammation, etc) if you put healthy foods in, you will ward off the cancers and diseases and inflammation. But people think you need to go out and spend money on the latest “fad”-which is the alkaline diet. You don’t! You just need to eat healthy to remain healthy
