This leads to weight gain, lethargy, and even depression. Can you see now how important thyroid health is for maintaining a sense of wellbeing? While researchers are unsure as to the cause of the correlation, it could be related to turmeric’s antioxidant, nutritive, and soothing qualities.

I suffer from hypothyroidsim and I drink Tumeric with water, lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper every morning. Its such a refreshing drink first thing in the morning.

Its true turmeric is a POWERhouse of goodness!! One easy way to incorporate turmeric in its best form curcumin is to take it with an oil or fat based source. I am blown away by the publicity turmeric is getting daily on many health sites. However Protandim is an amazing oxidative stress KILLER!! reducing it at least 40% in only 30 days. I say this because the main ingredient = TURMERIC!! This could be one of the grandest discoveries of our day. Please watch this
