    This is where I got the recipe from. I don’t like it with soy milk though so today I got almond coconut milk for it. It really does work for achy stiff joints.

    Just had my version with Coconut/Almond milk, 1 tsp Turmeric, 2 tbs Milo, 1 tbs Malt powder. Heat this, then add 1 tsp. Manuka Honey.
