  12. Rhonda Be..yes, it is a blood thinner. Check with your dr or nutritionist if you are on blood thinner meds or if gall bladder problems, don’t use . Otherwise. tumeric has tons of health benefits. Amazing spice used with black pepper and olive, coconut, avocado or an oil.

  13. Use water, lemon juice sometimes, tumeric, sprinkle of black pepper, a tad of healthy oil, warmed like a tea. Day and night. No pain and 60 in May.

      What kind of pain were you having? How long did it take for u not to have pain?
      What kind of oil did u use? Were you using the same measurements as above with the turmeric , pepper? How much lemon juice did u add

    It did cause a flair up for me. Unfortunately the only way to know if you can tolerate it is to try it.

    It is for me. When I used coconut oil, my LDL skyrocketed. Saturated fat affects me.
