    Yes. All the rage is coconut milk but if you research it coconut milk is not that healthy
    Neither is cow milk
    Soy milk causes thyroid problems
    Almond milk seems the safest
    Need to get good sleep
    Drink a cup of tension tramer tea

    Dont ever use Stevia, its full of chemicals, instead sugar is MUCH better, or use honey

    This is very, very old news.DRINK TUMERIC IN HOT IS ALSO GOOD FOR ARTHIRITIC,JOINT PAIN. Indian have doing this for ages.

    Only add a pinch of turmeric to a glass of hot milk. Try a pinch of saffron thread in hot milk, it is fragarant and tasty
