Thanks, I’m going to try this tonight. I’ve been making mine with fresh grated tumeric and ginger and adding it to roasted dandelion root tea.

You can also just do it in a tea with a little bit of coconut oil and a teaspoon of raw organic honey. Delish. Same result.

I can’t stand milk…it makes me gag…do I’m not sure I could get this down. Is the milk part of the pain and inflammatory relief or could I use it in something else?

I have but that’s because I also used black pepper which makes it absorb more. Plus I had taken several times a day for my brochitis. Couldn’t sleep a wink for days

I make an elixer using frozen lemon and frozen ginger- I grate both and add it to spring water. Next I add apple cider vinegar, turmeric and black pepper. I heat it and add organic honey. I drink about 20 oz in the morning and again before bed . I no longer have type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure . I want to try the coconut milk with turmeric tho just to change things up a bit !
