    I have. Nutri bullet . I put in about a cup of frozen fruit ( I like cherries and blue berries) then I put about 1/4 teaspoon each of cinnamon , ginger, and turmeric . And I capful if vanilla and a sprinkling of stevia . I pour kefir over this( comes to about as pint) and blend until it’s smooth
    My knees are better now when I climb the steps

    Ground black pepper is a mechanical irritant. I use whole peppercorns instead, just swallow them whole.

    PS. I just watched a special on how to make almond, hazelnut ect milk-soso easy. Apparently store bought almond, hazelnut and coconut milk only has 2percent nuts but this doctor said that’s actually better if you drink alot and all you need. If it’s more its more calories & can cause problems due to other issues too.
